Working in concert with Greg Cox, the architect for the project and Chairman of our historic commission, updated renderings were unveiled live on News12 this morning that incorporate the old archway from the old Ocean County Bank building into the proposed hotel, retail and residential project! With 71 parking spaces on site and a height of only 35 feet, we couldn’t have asked for a more character driven project that fits with our small town feel. Additionally, with the anticipated improved value of the properties, Point Pleasant Beach will see a projected increase of $400,000 annually to help us keep taxes low.
