When I rushed down to Trenton to testify against the taxpayer-funded bailout of Orsted, a foreign company with a shadowy balance sheet, I made my key point crystal clear:the pristine riviera that is the Jersey Shore is under attack, and our fishing industry and rich tourism traditions will suffer the consequences. From holding the first major New Jersey rally on wind to submitting numerous technical comments in mundane regulations, I have a track record of attacking this craziness at all levels.
Everyone enjoys the Jersey Shore, but we have politicians unwilling to take on party leaders, the Governor, and special interests to ensure its legacy remains. Whether it’s dubious offshore wind development, environmental threats, or misguided economic policies, I’ll fight so that everyone - from our small business, to our beaches, to our gentle giants of the sea - will be able to call the Jersey shore home.
